This game has all the things we need to deal and overcome our anxiety. The mini games were all presented well. All the jam entries were beautiful, but this game "Balance It Out" is definitely my favorite among the ones I played. Congratulations on this wonderful game!

Very informative game, People can learn a lot from CBT and just how to calm anxiety with this. I can see it becoming an awesome game with all the minigames, people could even play it exactly to calm themselves down. I really liked it. good job.
