Alright after downloading it I loved the idea! The controls kiiiinda suck but that can always be changed. My suggestion is just a click and drag instead of the awkward click and scroll. But there was a lot going on to help know what colors I had selected with the reflections and it was overall a great experience!
Click and drag is an interesting suggestion, I didn't consider that! But the input control is definitely something that I would've like to work on more given more time.

I couldnt rotate anything, clicking and using mouse wheel did nothing
Hmm, odd
Did you try downloading it instead of using the webgl? I've been noticing a lot of bugs with webgl in other games
Also, make sure you're holding down click when you use the scroll wheel, don't just click once and let go
