I personally am not a fan of the movement and camera, I think it's just too slow and it feels odd to be moving so methodically in a horror environment. Besides that it's a neat little game.
Those are definitely solid points, it's an odd taste and I can never resist mixing things up a bit and seeing what does or doesn't work. Thank you for the feedback!
i really liked the look of this and it was a fun point and click system to combine the grid movement with the freelook. it ends sort of abruptly but the little critters gave me a jump a couple of times, i think just because the atmosphere is really good. it's a strange setting too, not one you see too often. overall, good stuff!
I'm really happy you enjoyed the atmosphere, isolation and storms are great building blocks for horror imo. The ending is definitely abrupt, I had more I wanted to do but had a few walls I hit.. So I wanted to at least have something that does have an ending to submit. Thank you for the feedback!
Hey, good job with the game. I liked the controls, although they were a bit annoying at first (Bit of a skill issue)
You can really expand on it. Maybe at some point of the game, put a jump scare when they turn? It can get the player really good. Hope you continue making games!
I did kinda try on that with the Shadow Aliens spawning at a couple points, they *theoretically* should only spawn in rooms you aren't in. Appreciate the comment! I've got a massive list of game ideas I'm eager to work on, it's just down to pushing something to completion and having the courage to push it out the door.
Cool idea and I like the controls, the TV moment was really nice. I think its sequence breakable because I interacted with the fuse box too early and then couldn't move on when I actually needed to use it, but other than that, nice work!
You know, the thought did cross my mind that could happen. Whoops. Appreciate the feedback!
