Great game through and through. If I had to pinpoint the slightly less good aspects, it would be that some parts of the woods are really dark and you can barely see in which direction you are supposed to go. 5-5
The stick collecting part was the scariest part to me. The little thing with the last stick was cool, genuinely thought I was like going crazy for a second. The narrator is really fun. Idk why but it's giving me like Thomas the Tank Engine vibes of that kind of cozy narration.
Pretty good.
It reminds me of that one analog horror with the moth. Only with the Alien taking the place of the moth.
Unnerving! Narration and structure was really well done.
That narration is top notch.
Really liked this game! It is neat. The graphics are good, the voice acting is great, and the gameplay is interesting. By the end, the game manages to make you feel like a carefree child. And what can I say, it's quiet scared me.
Very nice plot twist, and the narration was a great touch.
I did get soft locked after meeting the alien (I couldn't walk), but I watched someone finish the game and it was really something
Great job!
That SUCKS I wish I knew how to fix that! I really appreciate your kind words though!
The narration adds so much!
Its very Stanley Parable esque; the narration works well in its favor, hiding and foreshadowing the plot twist at the end (I could even see an expanded version that leans more into that style, where Jimmy ignores the narration and that leads to other routes or something). I ran into some of the same bugs mentioned on the game's main page (no input after meeting the green dude and Jimmy walking really slowly, I think due to uncapped framerates) but y'all are already on top of that and the aforementioned narrative style more than made up for it so its all good. :-)
Loved this one, great job on it!
i love the clues in the narration about what’s going on but nothing was so in your face as to stand out for more than a second so by the end it’s still a great reveal. it was also just a smooth experience throughout, no bugs or hitches. great job on this!
i LOVED this, also you guys are messed up
