  • I enjoyed the game for a couple of runs. It is a good concept and I would love to see this developed further. Crate pushing and movement felt really good. My only problem was with the feedback that you get from prisoners. I would have liked to see some bars displaying the actual stats of the prisoners. Anyhow, a really solid entry, good job.

Hey, I enjoyed playing your entry. Rules are simple but the gameplay is challenging. Graphics are nice, sound effect are pretty cool, controls feel a bit slow (player movement in general). I think an addition of keyboard buttons for Food, Water and Meds would make game more accesible than pressing buttons on screen using mouse. I like the concept, however I think convicts' needs are growing way too fast, making you play at most 3-5 minutes per session. If it wasn't growing too fast, I think player would not become so overwhelmed doing his best while they are dying one by one.
To sum up, I think this game is fun to play and fits theme well.

Pretty simple entry. I like the general concept. Wish I could either see more of the screen at once or the movement of the objects was more flushed out. Didn't feel good to have to keep switching sides while moving the box across the map.

Thanks for the feedback!

The camera was originally fixed to show the whole room, but I felt it was a bit boring (plus had issues with some aspect ratios) so I dicided to change it to follow the player and give it a quite a bit a of look ahead so it is faster to check the whole room out... Still not sure if it was the best idea, to be honest...
Same with the boxes, originally you could pick them up but it felt too boring.

Then again, this was my first jam (and first game, for that matter) and had a lot of fun making it and experimenting. Glad you liked the concept :)
