So we decided to make a puzzle game with a boss fight at the end of the game. We would like to create 3 robots who will guide us through the game. We started thinking about the mechanics and the emotionnal impact on the gameplay. Our game will take place in differents rooms. We are doing the blockout of the first one and making some concepts of the final boss.
We are still focusing on the first room. The gameplay is in WIP, for the moment we can grab objects, move, jump, run, we also added a highlight system, when we look at an item, its edges are highlighted (we will show you in the next post). We finished to modelize the first robot, the animation is in WIP. We are making some props to decorate the room.
