The game will maybe have some bugs but we should have everything to play it. 

We are quite going round on circles. We have some difficulties to laser follow the position of the player, like the boss's head. We tried to make a music but it's not easy :/ We are currently looking for props and environment sounds. 

The first phase of the boss is ready, now we're going to work on his second phase (with laser ;p). New sentences have been added to the little robot. 


We're going to start the boss room, we already integrated his animations and he can watch the player according to his position. 

We worked on particle system for the boss's laser. 


the lights are still in WIP, We're integrating the boss with his animations and we're working on his fight mechanics. 

The boss will be bigger, it's was just to test emissives ;)



We are putting the walls and the light in the room. The voices of the robot are added. And now the robot can block doors. 



We are back from sleeping !

the main mechanics are done for the first room, it just last some last bugs but it will be fixed easily. We finished the boss modelisation and the rig, we already have his idle. 




The first room is quite finished. The anim of the first robot is over. We already started to work on the final boss to be sure that he will be ready.

We are still focusing on the first room. The gameplay is in WIP, for the moment we can grab objects, move, jump, run, we also added a highlight system, when we look at an item, its edges are highlighted (we will show you in the next post). We finished to modelize the first robot, the animation is in WIP. We are making some props to decorate the room.



So we decided to make a puzzle game with a boss fight at the end of the game. We would like to create 3 robots who will guide us through the game. We started thinking about the mechanics and the emotionnal impact on the gameplay. Our game will take place in differents rooms. We are doing the blockout of the first one and making some concepts of the final boss.
