He's a sad vintage computer, surviving by his sword and by avoiding firmware updates. He should probably stop overclocking his CPU and go to therapy. I used a lot of tracker and chiptune styled sounds and sequences for the acid-y first half. The second half brings all the sad undertones to the forefront and is much more dramatic. Poor guy was doomed the moment he stepped off the assembly line.

These synths give a cool and distinct sound that make this feel like a smooth and fast-paced internet battle. These specific drums and synths are a solid choice for this electronic enemy. Your music has lots of similarities to Vangellis, music that I really like listening to! Thank you for sharing!

Quite nice! I see the common 'keep introducing instrument' method being used. Usually I like it, but I feel like boss fights want you to get straight into the action - thus, I kind of missed the thunder, the bang, the fight! Lastly, I think you might repeat your measures a bit too much - 4 minutes for only 2 repeating themes (even with incremental introduction) is a bit much I feel.

But that's enough of me being an ass: besides a bit of a lack of power and a bit too much repetition, I do really like your song (especially those tubas in the second section, damn)! You should be proud of yourself :D

All fair criticisms. I wanted to do more with this one (more automation through the repetitions, work on the fx, mixing, sound design, etc.) but I was xtreemly limited on time. I figured there would be a lot of high-energy, hard-hitting compositions for this character so I wanted to try something with more space. Alas, I didn't have the time to make it hit the way I'd intended. I appreciate the feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed the listen! :)

No problem :D! I completely understand the time-constraints - we all have that, so definitely don't take my criticism too harshly. You made a nice product with lots of potential, good job :)

Really cool composition, with great little ideas like the (idk if it's really a choir but) cycling choir in the second part. But I feels like all of this is more of a build up for the real fight song, by the calmness of the song I couldn't Imagine it being played in a fight! But overall great song nonetheless!

I like the second half of the music more than the first half, I think it nails better with the sad and doomed vibes to the character.

Very cool!

Sounds like GD music to me.
