A little extra time for latecomers? (Question to the organizer of the jam)

It just became interesting to know about this. After all, there may be people who may not have time to finish work on their demos before the end of the competition and they may need some little extra time. Is it possible to consider the delivery of works late from such participants as valid and consider the reason for their delay to be valid? And if so, how much extra time is there for those who are late? By extra time i mean 1 or 2 days.

Thanks in advance!

Same question!

I'm in the UK and read the submission time to originally to be 7pm (GMT) rather than 7am (GMT)! I've scheduled the whole day to finalize our submission!

It seems that there will be no extra time. Well - in any case, I will not be able to complete it sooner than in a few days and I have to release my demo later, because I do not want to show it like it cut off and undone at minimal what i have planned to do

I can see if I can extend the deadline until noon PST on November 1, but I'd like to end it within the next few days because we've been running this for a while and it is time for it to end.

That said, this is not a competition and there is no voting, so it doesn't really matter when you finish it. Try submitting whatever you have before the deadline and marking it as "in development" through itch! Then you can finish it or upload new builds whenever you have time.

Ok. Thank you! We will keep this in mind

I've only just read this update and have been working late into the night! 1:41am here and just having a final run through before submitting and then going to bed.

Will check back to play through other submissions during the next few days ^_^
