Hello,

This is my first Game Jam and I would appreciate some feedback from veteran (newbies are welcomed too) participants. Like, recommendations or notes. Anything constructive and helpful.

Hey there,

i played your game

it was fun and entertaining but i recommend you to use the a,d keys to move instead of the arrow keys as a and d keys are more used by everyone (mostly)

and also can you make the scrolling a little bit slow (a tiny bit not too much)

Thanks for the game, it was good

hey and heres my game dont forget to play it

The Environment

Thanks

I love the concept of it! The movement though, can feel stiff at times, and in my experience it takes a little before the game recognizes when you've lost. But the core concept is really good, had a fun time with it!

Here is my game if you're interested: https://itch.io/jam/extra-credits-game-jam-6/rate/738687

Just played it, I really liked the gameplay so great job on that, I think the mechanics could be refined a lot, specially the jump and movement feels weird without any acceleration

Hmm..... Yeah, I have see if there are better ways to move objects using physics in Game Maker.

when i get time tonight i'll check it out and leave some comments. Your game title alone sounds really cool ^^. I think you have the best extra history challenge idea.

If you have time check out my game as well.

Done, I really dug it, it felt like a concept I haven't seen before and I could really see it being stretched out into a fun full indie title - one of those tough twitch stream friendly ones.
