I'm a little confused about the jam ending and not being able to rate games.
Is that how the jam intended to be?
I think without voting people don't feel the need to play the games and that kind of sucks 100% :(

That's super strange. Trying to figure out the problem:

There are multiple settings for who can vote, perhaps its set to approved judge accounts?

It's set to public voting atm.

Sorry for the confusion, the jam never had any criteria added to it, so despite being in voting mode there was nothing for people to vote on. I'll look into adding a warning to that page to prevent people from getting into this state in the future.
