I played through the entire demo and absolutely loved it! This was a couple days before the full release of the game. I loved it so much, I bought the full game on release. Can'[t wait to dive in, do (hopefully) a bit better through what I had played, and enjoy letting the story play out.

The background and character animations are absolutely stunning. The story through the demo is quite good, and the battles are challenging. The music is nice too!

Appreciate your thoughtful post mate! Glad youre enjoying the game and thank you for your support

I am going through all submissions to make all developers aware of an important Google form I've made.

I'm joining the IQ folks to help organize smaller events in between the main FQ event in order to help prevent us from getting too many games in main events. Right now, I have a planned structure for these events but I would like to hear from everyone who was in this event in order to tune things better. The survey is a bit long, but it covers as much as I could think of. If you can take the time to do the survey by June 1st, I would immensely appreciate it!

You can find the form here: https://forms.gle/P9LPYwERhJtpZzteA

Hello from tonight's stream!

This game has stood out to become one of my favs so far in this event (and it's the 39th game I've covered). The use of MMORPG things such as aggro works so well for this sort of game.

While I don't have anything negative to offer at this time (I normally wouldn't comment if I couldn't speak both positively and negatively), I did want to know if all of the artwork was made for this game. I imagine the character art is, but I'm talking more about background and enemy portraits.

Hey mate, thank you for your comments. I am honoured to hear that, and for my game to be liked out of 39 is really humbling.

Almost all of the resources from this game were bought, including character and monster art. I have made a few edits when needed, like creating additional expressions.

Honestly, I fell in love with the use of RPG elements for a visual novel. Yours is the second visual novel I've seen to try and incorporate some sort of combat stat into the game, and so far it does that a lot better.

So the artwork is not created explicitly for this game but was still something you had to pay for. Okie doke. :)

I overall really enjoyed this one, my only feedback is the same as GrayBardGaming, let me choose when to click the dialogue away during battles, so I can voice them properly during stream sessions.

Love the characters, story, and overall art quality, UI is old classic look but polished as well. I like the mix of card battle appearance w RPG.

Stream twitch VOD, I will update to YT later.  (It's split into part 1-2 because my connection was being dumb)

One small suggestion is change your icon/steam banner to show one of your main characters that starts the game, the art is very well drawn, and a face will be much stronger to pull in audience to try your title. To aim for male audience use the priestess, to aim for female audience use the knight.

So, I'm not a huge fan of visual novels, but after playing the first few minutes, I realized there was COMBAT, which really made me love this game. You don't throw too much story at the player right away, jump right into the adventure and combat... so that really grabbed my attention from the start.

THE GOOD:

1. Fantastic opening, effects, and visuals.

2. Artwork is great! Love the character busts and backdrops!

3. I Love the fact we have equipment and can shop in town. Plus, chatting with the shop owner.

4. The skills, animations, and camera zooms/pans are really well done!

SUGGESTIONS:

1. It would be nice if we could control the text during combat. I read pretty fast. Plus, anyone who reads slower might miss some dialogue.

2. Boss battles were pretty easy. I didn't even come close to death, and they didn't feel overwhelming at any point (which they should IMO). Personally, I think you could increase the difficulty a bit (more HP, stronger attacks, more monsters summoned, etc). Maybe I should try your game on something higher than normal. Could be my fault, too.

3. I'm sure she gets better once we level her up a bit, but Athena felt very weak when I first got her. Great healer, but her attack (and no offensive ability) made her feel useless when she didn't need to heal. Maybe even start her off with a debuff ability she can cast on an enemy (that does no damage), but I can then chain the knight or Rhea's attacks/abilities to do increased damage, etc.

OVERALL:

1. Overall Fun: A had a blast and really enjoyed the story and characters. I can tell you put a lot of work, effort and love into this game. Well done! BRAVO! 5 STARS!!

2. Art/Graphics: Fantastic. Love the different busts, the breathing effect when they talk, and the different facial expressions during cut scenes. All of the  artwork was great!

3. Controls/UI: Easy to understand and great tutorials. You kept the UI very user-friendly, and I had no issues understanding what to do next. Very well done here.

4. Sound/Music: Great music, sound effects line up perfectly, good combat music. The sound design in this was also well done.

Honestly... this game was great, and I didn't think I'd like it. I saw the first few screenshots and was like... Uhg. A visual novel? I'll still try it, and I'm glad I did. Definitely giving this a follow and will keep my eye on this game! <3

Art and gameplay are very solid. The characters are awesome and I enjoyed the dialog a lot. The UI is a bit off-putting though. It has an rpg-maker feel and makes it look a bit dated (e.g. the borders/and the blue background, as well as the mouse pointer). Also the menus have way too many options initially it is a bit overwhelming even if most of them are empty to start with. Finally, I am confused as to why in the fights everyone turns into a card?
