I don't know if I can publish the beta of my game

My video game aims to promote values such as consent, diversity and respect.

I have done it with a feminist approach and it is written in gender neutral. But I'm still developing it and only the beta is available for free in which I keep making changes.  I would like to receive feedback and make any necessary corrections.
The question is, can I publish the game even if I haven't started it yet? Can I publish it if it's not translated to Italian? I only have the Spanish and English translation (although I'd really love to be able to translate it into Italian). I don't mean to bother you but the truth is that there is almost no feminist jam to find an audience for my videogame.

P.S.: In Spain the 8m was not cancelled and now that we are in the middle of a crisis, the ultra-right wing of our country blames the government and the feminists for not cancelling the event (but nobody notices that at the same time regional parties and football matches were held that brought together more people than at the demonstrations).

Good afternoon,

I posted this question some time ago but no one has answered it and I'm afraid I'll be left out of the combocatorium.

Hello José, creators can submit games at any stage of development as long as the game can be openly defined as Feminist.

It means that you develop your game with the intention for it to be against patriarchy and in support of women.

That must be clear, because we don't want to list games that accidentally has some positive values. This is not enough. We want game developer that are aware of the topic.
