Hi everyone! Midnight Trigger is something I was working on for the last month. I really wanted to try to make a top down shooter similar to "Enter the Gungeon" (unfortunately it is not nearly as good). Hopefully, I will still be able to add new content to this game once this jam is over. I hope you'll enjoy this game!

Hey I don’t have a Windows computer so I can’t play your game. It looks really cool though ! Definitely I would suggest underestimating the scope of your game by a lot whenever you set out to make one (not trying to make Enter the Gungeon), because it always take twice as long or even longer when you do start making it.
Ah that's a shame, but thanks for your advice! I'll definitely try to reduce my scope for future projects.
I like an RPG shooter game like this one. It is an interesting game. But, the cutscenes are too long, for people who are interested in the cutscenes its ok, but at least a skip button will do, other than that it is all fine, and I really love your ideas, If you get better resources you have what it takes to make a legendary game.
Hi, thanks for the feedback!
I had a lot of fun with this game! The animations and sprite work were really well done, and the sounds and music fit the tone very nicely. If I had one suggestion, it might be to minimize the tutorialization text early on, as it can slow the pace a bit, but overall great work!
Thank you for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
