This is a fun and challenging game. It took me a while to get used to the controls, but eventually I was able to get a score of around 250. I think the lava started to rise too fast though once you've reached the 200s. But nevertheless, I still had a fun experience. Good job!

I had a blast playing this game! Love the arcade-like shooting mechanics and the different available guns as it kept things fresh. The art style is great and consistent throughout which gives the game a pretty polished look. I feel like the character could be a bit faster as I find the traversal a bit slow. But I still had a really enjoyable experience. Great job!
Nice game with a really cool atmosphere and art style. I like the idea of having to change the character's size to traverse the cave. However I did get stuck when I met what I assume is a boss, since I couldn't attack the boss and the door remains locked. But bugs aside, I think this game has a lot of promise. Great work!
Thank you so much for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yeah I suppose I could've chose to not freeze time when the pause screen is up. As for the tablet, you'll actually just need to click on the black button on the top of the tablet. But I think I didn't explain that too well in the tutorial section.
Wow I was really invested in this game. The narrative is interesting and it pairs extremely well with the art and the music. I really enjoyed the management aspect of the game as well and I feel like this game has a lot of potential. Unfortunately my colony was destroyed by the hedgehogs, even though my battle strength was a lot higher than theirs :(. But I guess battles are always unpredictable. Overall I really enjoyed playing! Great work!
I loved playing this one! It is a simple concept, but it is executed really well. The overall gameplay is fun and satisfying, plus I am a huge fan of how the game tells its story. On my first run I did accidentally click yes on one of the dialogues without weighing the given object, so I think maybe you could do some sort of an automatic transition to the scales when the choice dialogue comes up. But other than that, this game is polished and has a really good scope. Great work!
This is a really unique concept and I am a big fan of the aesthetic! The gameplay is quite interesting as I believe it fits the theme really well, but I had some issues with the pouring and the suq tool. Probably why I got replaced by Stanley with my 0.75 star rating :( . But nevertheless I was engaged throughout my whole session and I had a really enjoyable experience. Great work!
Love the atmosphere that you've created in this game with the hand drawn art and the calming music. The game is really relaxing and the fishing mechanics feel pretty good. I do wish there was more visual feedback though when you've got a fish on your hook, because sometimes the text that appears was not enough for me to register that I've caught a fish. Maybe something like a screen shake or a change in the color/style of the text could be better? But anyway, I still enjoyed playing this game a lot. Great work!
Hi I've rated your game! Here is mine https://itch.io/jam/game-off-2023/rate/2398392
This is a challenging yet rewarding game! I really like the aesthetic of the underwater world and just the general atmosphere of the game. I especially liked the feeling when you're able to turn the tables on the bigger fish. Wish I could have progressed further as I ended with a score of 20. But overall this is a great game!
