First and foremost, hello! I hope you all enjoy NO CIRCLES ALLOWED, my first game. I'm really excited to at last finish a game, no matter how small it is.
It is a little Infinite Runner inspired by Flappy Bird, in which each flap makes you spin more quickly, so, to stop the square from becoming a circle, you will have to flap with reversed gravity. I've developed it solo, and because of exams I've only had the last 2 days to do so, but I think it is as polished as it gets with the timeframe I had and for my little experience as a developer.
Now a little about me. I'm a computer engineering student (hope to finish my degree soon hehe) from Spain. I've always wanted to become a game designer, but the last few years have been a rough patch. Fortunately, in the second half of 2020, my mental health started to improve a lot! So I decided to finally get something done.

Oh wow, I shouldn't have drink this much coffee before playing this game since now I'm on the edge of a small heart attack. :) Even though it's similar to a flappy bird type of game, I think reverse gravity and the usage of double controls made it a lot different and definitely more flowy as a game, so that I really enjoyed. I would prefer a more high paced music to get into the flow more, the game '140' is a great example for that, but I liked the concept a lot.
And keep up the good work, these days are harsh but we'll make it through. :)
Took a minute to get my head around the controls, but once I got going it was really fun! The gravity reversal really makes ya think about what you're doing. A visual cue to indicate the direction would help a lot.
It's great that you enjoyed it! I was thinking of adding an animated background that goes up or down depending on the gravity's direction as an indicator, I'll do it when I have some spare time :)
