Great start!
Here's my feedback:
Not being able to change your direction mid-jump definitely makes it more challenging. If you can figure that out, I feel like it will improve it and add more depth to future levels.
Music is a little repetitive in the first level (I enjoyed the music more in Level 2!)
I made my first game at age 11 too and 20+ years later I'm still improving!
Excited to see what you come up with next!
So umm if i hand you over some of the project files of my newest project...... mind updating it because i am so dumb i just copy and paste code so plz help in exchange ill make you a trashy theme song because my music skills are better now
Yeah sure. I'm not a Unity expert but I can take a look. 👍
Thanks so I already made the soundtrack its really bad but at least its has a spooky theme here: https://mega.nz/file/jsdG3TYZ so.. to stop copyright ill need to send you the key to it separately so are you on discord or zoom?
Thanks! I will take a look soon and get back to you. I had some work I have to finish first.
This could be a really good formula if you used a rigidbody instead of a character controller. It would feel better to control the cube that way, at least. Camera controls suck to implement, but it would make the actual experience of playing the game much better, too. You're definitely a lot farther than I was at 11, keep it up!
i made a worse game but know how to code
nice game
