Fun platformer game!  Nice work on the retro graphics and 8-bit style! Love the instant restart it really keeps the momentum flowing. good game!

Very good pixel art, the sprites look fantastic! The palette is perfect, and really makes everything pop, particularly with the white outlines.

Some levels were tricky, but this works very well with the short levels and very fast respawn times, which prevent the game from getting frustrating. The death counter was a nice touch too

I did encounter some issues with jittering and screen tears, and a health bar for the final boss would be great as I wasn't sure if I was doing, but otherwise really enjoyed this :)

Try and be a little bit more forgiving with players (especially level 7 - don't spawn players into spikes - and make the brick gaps you have to jump through a little wider because they need almost pixel precision right now). I really like the art, especially of the boss, as well as the music. I'm looking forward to seeing how you improve this game. It's well done for a second game.

I got to the end. I didn't need to skip. I'm just making suggestions.
