the fish movement really makes this seem like a very good shark simulator.
I could not figure out what the power does, nor what the sign in the mouse icon means, these:

this magnet like thing ...
manage to get more than 60 fish, wish there was ranking to know if this is not that bad
The snowflake circle is supposed to be like a trap you place down. When a fish touches it, they freeze and can't move. The mouse/magnet icon is supposed to be the "Mouse Magnet" ability. When you use it the fish near your shark are attracted towards the mouse cursor.

Dude, this game is awesome i love your simple art style. also the parallax on the kelp. Fun game but it's a shame there was no sound. Overall great work man!
