Beautiful game, the graphics are fantastic!!, I have play it a couple of times, and in a second chance, not sure if it was a bug but the enemies just didn't spawn, but appeared in the HUD as defeated. but overall this was pretty good!!

This game is soo good, and it has the best room service I have seen in all the hotels I have been, never got this amazing fast and quality service.  that being said, great job!!, I enjoyed playing it, it has it complexity as well to beat the enemies without loosing lives,  thank goodness is it possible to purchase lives and improve lanterns.

Amazing job thinking on this kind of power and not controlling the player directly, I thought It was made for the NPCs challenge, but it seems it is not tagged with that challenge, perhaps it should,  both player and the support are cute!!, the levels were well made!!, kind of difficult too but that can be done with some practice and dying a lot of times as I did.

Nice and original idea, well thought!! it was really fun and challenging to complete on 1 min, I have tried 3 times but only filled 2 jars :( , the music suits well with the aesthetics too, great job!.

Thank you so much, yeah, I like capes but wanted to have that feature to see how it looks , spoiler alert , not so good, capes really make supers look different

I appreciate it, indeed I already have an improved version that includes leaderboard and display other users customization as enemies for similar power. Those are not huge changes but at least it is the minimum that I had in mind how the complete game should have been done.

Yeah I felt the same about the punches mechanic, I imagined the game in a high level abstraction, it didn't result as I imagined ,  thank so much for the feedback, those are really good ideas to improve the good punches as a reward. I also need to rethink the Q ability because it is what motivated me to do the game similar Dragonball power glasses that reads the enemy powers

Beautiful graphics and progress bars!, took me a while to understand the controls, so I went back to tutorial and yep, now scored 56 instead of 6 as did previously, nice concept!! also like the upgrade system.

Brawl power for the win!!, amazing skills with phaser to do a platformer like this one.  congrats!

Exactly!, no capes, I was thinking to change the label to that, though I wasn't sure if everybody would understand the reference. I am working right now on the leaderboard, my next priority is that feature, thank you for playing!

Thank you for positive the feedback!, hopefully I will work on updating the game so that instead of NPCs, the other users settings will be spawned as enemies

hahah yeah, the idea was that instead of npcs load other users characters to battle against it, didn't have time to do that , only the glasses can be seen according your customization and a little bit of the arms with the E ability

Thanks for giving it a shot!, didn't manage to complete all the things all planned, but it is starting point :)

This game is so fun!!, physics really good executed, I saw the repository on the game page, you may want to edit the submission to include the link there as at first sight I though the label open source was wrong and realized it was on the page. congratulations on the fantastic work!

Your artwork is outstanding!, really good Inkscape skills, the fact that we can change controls was a nice touch.

Music and art fits very well!, I like the concept, some months ago I got a cobra kai gameboard, the aesthetics reminds me to that,  great job!, just in case I have cheated pressing multiple times the three keys at the same time

Loved the mechanic to pause game to choose new abilities and the fact that can be selected with the keys and space, like a terminal, great job! some background music would be nice.

yeah the browser is the issue, all chromium  based browsers does not have the maximize button enabled and neither that occurs automatically. firefox does by default for no reason at all.

so basically, Firefox ignore itch.io setting and game settings to prevent maximize even when it is set to false, this does not happens with all other chromium based browsers like edge, brave, chrome. thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! sorry for your arms, first time doing a shooter in Godot, didn't discovered the mythic technique to autoshoot properly yet,

The concept of the game reminds me to the JK Rowling web page. which make sense since the aesthetics  seems inspired in harry potter. I tried to understand the game though it was hard since it is not user friendly, the following things could be improved:

  • game window is too small for the amount of little pieces of UI that are interactable and the texts being displayed, cannot resize to fullscreen neither
  • I am not sure why there are two help buttons with different texts that overlaps each other when clicked
  • the interactable objects has a very tiny yellow indicator that is hard to notice.
  • the colors and transparency makes difficult to read most of the texts and leaderboard
  • music and art are nice, generated by AI both though.

I have no idea how you manage to do both of those things.  this is the desktop version and it does not allow to change size and also ship cannot be outside of borders.

a game out of the box, nicely done! the concept is great and the music is fantastic and suits very accordingly.

just what I needed!, something relaxing to play in order to rest of coding, I enjoyed the dialogues and the office environment sound, felt like I was in an real office, ha I saw some photos that I shouldn't! congrats on the concept, I like the fact that I was on the top floor of the building and had to through all the people on my exit, it happened a lot of times in real life , well done!

Thank you so much for the compliments!, the game has lot of flaws some minor some quite annoying but in general I enjoyed so much doing it in a short period of time

  • yeah , I thought it was enough to have just score and not a leaderboard
  • you can be on corners of the screen, eventually you need to move, but even if you beat it that way, you wont score that much. so that's okay.
  • only happens with the player when it dies collecting a health. not big issue.
  • yeah it is a minor glitch
  • you can always exit on web by closing the tab or if you downloaded the executable, it has always a close button ;)
  • that one is something that really bugged me, but had more important priorities to get done before deadline
  • that might be just your impression, the music is not positional and the game does not allow to resize.
  • sorry you felt insulted, that has a interesting story, the game didn't have powerups to shoot, I was trying to implement auto shoot but the bullets were being spawned like crazy, so I added that as a power up. and again, didn't have time to implement a proper auto shoot. did the game in day and half. I feel very proud of the result despite some things can be improved.

Thanks for giving it a shot, Yup, I am sorry, score is only displayed when beat the game since that's the idea of the loop, though I do not have a leaderboard, I thought just score at the end was enough.

Thank you so much for playing and for the feedback :)

Long live tony!, beautiful art that you have made! congrats!! though I was unable to keep him alive :(

Appreciated all the feedback, Is always good to know different points of view to improve the playability.

thank you for rating my game and for the feedback :), Sharks appears on the second level and above, I should have made the first level a bit shorter :(

hahah the screaming sound, well done!, a fish with a monocle, original idea of defending him, nice vfx sounds also btw

great idea, so entertaining!! the visuals are looking good too. I use to die a little bit early, but I can keep and keep playing it. :)

this is a hardcore origin story, poor wheel and yet so real, loved to destroy those evil ships. great job!
