Lol, Funny imagining a drummer playing these side sticks on a gig but it could be a thing

I like the composition! always wanted to be able to just do weird stuff lol.
Especially at the 3 minutes mark!

However,  something about the instruments / samples you used doesn't click for me,
like they don't really match together or I don't get the impact you were trying to pass with it...

idk how hard it is but maybe layering the percussion or compressing the bass to really make the slapping come accross...

I feel that maybe using multiple sources for each percussion (Like 3 types of snares for each part) would really benifit the composition.

However it is a jam and I too cut corners to make it in time lol.

Thanks for the feedback! I was concerned about the cohesiveness of the instruments, since I used different sources, from samples to synths. The idea was to give contrast between these two souls, but I didn't work it properly and in the cohesiveness suffered. 

Layering the drums is a good idea! They're the bridge that could connect the contrasting elements, and with layers they could accommodate both. Of course, the mix should also be improved.
