loved the hand-drawn art style and paper cutout characters in this. If you decide to develop it further, I'd lean into it; put the on wooden sticks and animate them as though people are moving them around by hand.

The story was interesting. Little short but that's standard for a game jam. Good dialogue. Great entry.

Thanks for Playing,

I enjoyed making game in this style. I once thought of animating characters, but that would be lot of work. I will a similar project sometime in future.

Good story. I like the hand drawn artstyle. I also get slapped by the old lady multiple times ðŸ¤£

The gamepad has a bug though. Every time when there is a multiple choice dialog, pressing the D-Pad Up button would just proceed with the dialog with the currently selected dialog option. Instead of allowing me to choose a dialog option.

Thanks for playing!

Game defaults first option, you can navigate between other options and then select it.

I was unable to test the gamepad controls (I don’t have a gamepad). So, yeah, sorry

Ah no worries. I still manage to finish the game. :D
