You don't have to worry, this is my 4th gamejame where I might have a chance against the other games, not sure you'll win, not sure I'll win either, but I can give you a few tips:
- Your game won't be playable if the players don't know what to do. Therefore, put some npc who tells you about the missions or an "objective:" inscription in the game. - Optimize your game. If the game doesn't run on the player's PC, they won't play it and won't rate it on gamejam, so it's guaranteed that you won't win. - The game needs to be enjoyable. The story should be well thought out, because if not, it won't be as enjoyable.
