Challenging game! I included it in my GameDevNetwork: Gooseberry Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Sadly, my graphics card can't run OpenGL 3... :(
I diddn't really have problem with laggy framerates. Ran fine on my PC.
I was never able to understand the 3rd power. Gold? I was able to use the ice and fire just fine.
I really like how you can't just stick to one spell the whole time, the only way I found to clear people out is to use the ice and then fire them when they are frozen.
Cute little pixel art too!
Game lags to the point it is unplayable. It feels like 3-6 frames per second
thanks for reporting! I tried to fix up the performance issues and reuploaded the game, feel free to give it another try!
Too bad that the game won't work.
Does it crash? or what issue are you having? :)
Nvm, I opened it up on another computer and it worked. Here's my feedback:
Great game! Pretty difficult though. You could've made more enemies come in over time. Also, I couldn't find out what the 3rd spell does. A bit more depth in a later update would've also been interesting (Powerups that give you more max mana, enemies that give you mana, etc.)
Overall though, great job!
Heh. thanks for giving it another try! :D
The gold power up increases The amount of gold you have by one, basicly giving you another life. I guess i should have made that clearer.
But yeah the game can definetly be expanded on! If i find time (and motivation lol ) ill spice it up a bit more.
thanks for the feedback ^^
