I'm not a native English speaker, so I would like to get some brainstorming from the community about the "recovery" term. What can you think of apart from recovering from an accident or an illness?

something like recover honor or recover an artifact/object? i think the most common thing is recovery memory and illness as you said...

perhaps something like recover what you lost revenge type like the count of monte cristo, nah as type this sound really bad idea... :(

I think a good place to start exploring the term itself could be the Cambridge Dictionary.

As per this entry it could be health, economy and law. Where health isn’t restricted to living creatures but also includes objects (like cars).

It might also be worth having a look at synonyms for further brainstorming of ideas or to get an alternative point of view.
