Hi there,

Yes. When participants submit entries, there'll be a textfield to enter the GitHub URL containing the source code. E.g. see this entry from 2017.

Hi, i do have a github account, but is it absolutely necessaryto use it? i.e put my source code in the repository.

Hi there - yes, but rest assured... jam code is not being judged, and you're welcome to license the entry however you wish.
