Cool game. The ui was very clean and stylish. Maybe some visual representation of the trajectories would be great too.
great game the UI including the ingame around the planets rings UI was pretty cool.
solid entry to this jam
Really nice game. You got around the potential frustration of the "trial and error" approach of physics puzzles by not limiting the player with the number of moons they had to experiment with, and by not requiring a level reload. This allowed for quick iteration. The graphics were simple but effective, and the background music was appropriately "celestial". I thought it was clever that you required a certain number of orbits before calling a level a success, to check that it was stable. A couple more mechanics (perhaps requiring the orbit to be within a particular range from the planet, or having differently sized moons) and some more levels and you'd have a very nice tablet / phone game.
Really nice mechanic! I had a really fun time trying to figure out the gravity and the shots. Wasn't able to complete levels 4 and 5 though :(
Artwork and sound design were fantastic. Set the tone perfectly and I could listen to that track all day. Great work on making a really cool game!
Really cool game, love the level design, nice jumps in difficulty. The UI in the meny is also really cool!
I'm always a fan of gravity mechanics like this. Overall this game plays pretty darn well. I do wish the gravity didn't "cut out" at the dotted lines sometimes as it felt like I would have hit a stable orbit if the moon kept going. The last level, while it enticed me to play until I beat it, felt a little bit tedious only because it's hard to reproduce your shots so you can dial it in (I ended up using the stars in the background as reference for lining up my shots.
The music is good and fits well, but it does get a little repetitive after listening to it for 15 minutes :) Since it's mostly all I'm hearing when playing, keep that in mind for future games.
Overall a very clean entry mechanically and artistically. Definitely among the most pleasant games I've played this jam so far!
very well done! :)
Really well done, I loved the difficulty level although I did wish I had better ways to understand what was going to happen to my moon, but the puzzle Ideas are really awesome, would definitely play more of this!
Always a sucker for puzzle games featuring orbits. Great work on this!
Cool mechanics! Wanne figure out how to make that now
