Fun but the bullets are too slow. It looks weird when you walk and shoot. Graphics is really cool but there is no sound. So sad...

Developer

We really appreciate the feedback, sad though it may be. The lack of sound is indeed tragic, and something that will certainly be added in future iterations. As for the bullets, our intent was to have them have weak base stats, as to encourage the obtaining of items. That being said, we did not have the time to test them thoroughly, so it's very likely they need some tuning.

Absolute mayhem :)
So many enemies and at the start the gun feels scarily weak. This is a nice amount of danger to feel in a game.

Developer

Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it!

Hallo,

Thank you for sharing your game. I’ve already saved its RATING;

1. verified: GAME due to observed to be ACTION, with keyphrase: Enter the Gungeon, Arcade

2. observed: supposedly existing sound to be NOT audible

3. observed: select sprite images to be NOT yet done, e.g. that of the ENEMY BAT, which appears to have unnecessary white pixels, instead of set to transparent

4. observed: self to use noticeable TIME to PLAY GAME to verify technique to NOT LOSE/DIE in < 10 secs; learns: technique via focusing on destroying BATS, and evading the MONSTER that multiplies and dashes to ATTACK PLAYER

5. remembers: ARMORED CORE (PS1) via DASH COMMAND to cause self to continue PLAYING GAME

6.  remembers: DOOM (PC) via ROOM with multiple MONSTERS, e.g. vomiting creature, snail, where: self needs to execute ARC/REVOLVE movement, while FIRING;

7. interacted: with “$” BOARD, albeit learns self to have INSUFFICIENT MONEY to buy items, and ENEMIES continue to ATTACK to cause DIED STATE after exiting;

8. adds: noticeable CHARGING of WEAPON BULLETS to cause WAITING TIME, as with select First-Person Shooting GAMES, e.g. Borderlands 2 (PS3);

Thank you. Health!

Wow, thanks dude <3 Loved your feedback

fun game! Very good variety of enemies with different attacks, it makes combat more variable, and the procedural dungeon generation is great. Now for feedback, adding some audio would make a big difference, along with adding some animations for the player.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! We wanted to add audio, but did not have the time, If we make a post jam patch for the game, it will be there at the top of the list. As for animations, this was a case of having 3 programmers and 0 artists in the team, so we were limited in what we were able to do in the time we had.

Really nice shooter game.Power-ups are pretty good too.Maybe adding sound to the game would be a good idea.It will make the game so much better.Well done!

Thank you very much! We were indeed meaning to add sound to the game, but we only got around to it fifteen minutes before the deadline, so it didn't end up making the submission.
