The eating and shooting mechanics are very clever and the visuals are very nice!

I didn't finish the game because I felt that restarting from the very beginning every time you die was a bit too punishing, adding checkpoints at every screen would be a huge improvement IMHO.

I'm also craving for a burger now.

Sorry about that i'll try to improve my next game on the next game jam

i like the idea and the tone. It has a nice charm to it. I wasn't sure what my health was or how much health i had. Dying feels unfair, since I am either fighting the mechanics or get sniped by projectiles that go through walls. The color palette and animations are great. I wish there was audio

Hey there!

Nice game overall. I liked the graphics and playing that made me hungry. I think the mechanic of changing the abilities according to how much you have consumed is a clever one. One thing i noticed is that if you miss the shot to clear the door in the first room you are stuck as there is nothing else to eat there and no restart button.

A nice game overall. Keep up the good work!

Very fun game! I liked the concept and all the art. It was a pretty interesting fighting mechanic too!

I would have liked some explanation of what each attack did though. I wasn't sure what tomatoes did (were they projectiles that just dropped down?)

Also having checkpoints would be REALLY nice. I made it to the boss on the first run, died and was baffled when I was spent right to the beginning 😭

Great submission!

Thanks for playing! my idea was letting the player explore their ability but i should've made it more clearly
