Shadowjack
In the gritty depths of an underground casino, your only shot at freedom is to win $1,000,000 playing "Shadowjack." Inspired by blackjack but with a dark twist, this high-stakes card game features powerful star-marked cards that unlock secret rules, shifting the odds in unpredictable ways. Outsmart the dealer, master the shadows, and risk it all to escape victorious.
Theme interpretation
The Star Cards:
Not all cards are what they seem. Star-marked cards introduce secret rules like bursts of luck, traps, or unexpected shifts in gameplay.
Maybe a star card lets you resurrect from a Burst.
Perhaps it forces you to trade hands with the dealer.
Or could it double your winnings—or your losses?
The secrets of the star cards are revealed only when they’re drawn.

Really cool idea, I enjoyed playing your game! It wouldn't open in Chrome (said WebGL not supported) but it did open in edge
The CRT shader also was behaving pretty erratically on my system. I loved the art style overall, very nice work!
