This was super fun and impressive! I really liked the nostalgia this brought back for me as the tech support agent for my family lol. The music is great and the GUI was pretty nice too! You knocked this submission out of the park, I'd totally pay to play a game like this in a full length

I had fun with this submission. I think making the cheat codes auto focus / clear after entering one would have made it more obvious that you can enter multiple. I have never seen a game like this one, and it was very strange the way it kept me playing, but I liked it overall!

REALLY enjoyed your game. The art (both visual and music) was awesome, and the story was pretty good as well. I really liked sense of anxiety that the story was giving me the more I went through the game and uncovered.

I had fun with this! I don't really understand the ending I got or if there was more to it, but the aesthetic and sound design was fantastic.

Cool and fun game! The concept reminds me of "The Beginner's Guide" which was an excellent game that I thoroughly enjoyed. I didn't make it through all of the secrets and to the end, but I likely will return to complete this in the future. Solid submission!

I found this to be super fun and I both loved and hated that I was getting so into it lol. It reminded me of my time playing Shenzen I/O and other zachtronics games. The music was great!

I was a little sad I couldn't MOV 100 $hlth and avoid dying, but I also get it. Solid submission!

Your game was super fun! I enjoyed the art and music, and the timer constantly counting down definitely added some anxiety when mixed with the music. Great work!

The AI bullets didn't seem to injure me, not sure why? So I was able to just ignore the guards. Some of the puzzles I wasn't able to fully figure out either (namely, the one with the lights... I got them all on but no letter was printed).

Really liked the graphics and theme of your game! The puzzles were great and fun to figure out

Fun but a bit too difficult for me to complete! That doesn't detract from the experience for me though, I still found it fun with good audio and visuals (I just am not skilled enough to beat it)

Couldn't get the game to fully work for me, when I clicked an item it would pick it up but once I go home and click on a box it wasn't doing anything (probably user error).

I really liked the art and audio!

Cool concept! I wasn't able to play in the browser so I cloned the repo and compiled it locally. When you export web on godot you need to name the export as index.html for itch to play it properly

Heads up, when you upload a godot export you should rename the export to index.html and then zip it up for it to work on Itch. And then mark the upload as playable in the browser!

Hope this helps get you more reviews!

Chrome and Edge are saying this RAR is a virus and won't let me download it...

Was going to give this submission a try but looks like it is paywalled

This was really fun for me! When I realized I could change the letters while on the cheat platform to get a key or something I was golden.

The art is really nice to look at and the shade of green is also really nice. I loved the audio loop, simple but long enough to not cause too much audio fatigue. Concept was also really cool! Great work

thanks for the feedback! If we expand in the future we’d probably change the items to be more musically themed and would have more, we just didn’t have enough time for the art to get finished.

There would also be a rhythm game component, but we ran out of time

Thanks for the feedback!

In a future version I think I’d burn up the ritual items all at once instead of sequentially, I just couldn’t make it look good and focused on other things. I also wanted to do outlines of the items that were locked to give a hint of where things were going

interesting, I’ll try to download the repo and open it from scratch. Everything should be there, but maybe something is gitignored that shouldn’t be

Thanks for the feedback! We were originally going to have a lot more items with different stages / levels of combos but we ran out of time on the artwork :/

If we continue this idea in the future, we probably will change a lot of the items to be music related items (like kick drum + kick drum == double kick) and add a rhythm game to some nice tracks. That was the goal but we pivoted into this idea on the last week after our first idea didn't work out

I really enjoyed your art style! The puzzles were a bit too easy for me (I completed the game in about 2 minutes), but I still enjoyed how they were all connected. The audio was good but maybe a bit repetitive - something I learned that helps a ton here is to make your loops a bit longer (~45 seconds to a minute) and get quiet towards the beginning and end of the loop to make it more seamless!

TLDR I didn't run into any crashes or anything, and the art was pleasant! Great submission overall!

I spent longer than I care to admit playing your game, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Some bits I found to be a little bit too hard, namely the jumps in L8. Some of the hints I think could / should have been shown after dying a lot too, not just after hitting the green flag a bunch.

Very nice work!

I do like the idea of this game but I did find it kind of frustrating that it would lie to me. I asked "Are you in the DC or marvel universe?" and the AI responded with Marvel, but when the identity was finally revealed it was Barbara Gordon (DC). Some prompt tweaking might help mitigate things like that, though AI will always have some level of confirmation bias.

Regardless, really cool idea and use of AI!

Really cool idea, I enjoyed playing your game! It wouldn't open in Chrome (said WebGL not supported) but it did open in edge

The CRT shader also was behaving pretty erratically on my system. I loved the art style overall, very nice work!

thanks for the tip on the canvas, I have been pulling my hair out trying to fix it! I’ll do a hotfix for it tomorrow

Also thank you for the detailed feedback! This was my first game so I’m happy to get any and all!
