Nice game that seems to promise a lot of content, but my experience was similar to what is mentioned here also - the fight seemed quite difficult, so after a while I tried to just leg it, but crashed. The art and feel of the game is really atmospheric, so I think with a little more combat-polish it could be quite a smash hit :)

It was a bit difficult to know when enemies hit me, so I decided to do the run-through everything-and -dont-look-back method and it was surprisingly effective. When I got tot he fire monster the game crashed due to the bug you already mentioned, I presume, but it was so sudden and it made me laugh from all the adrenaline :) The art is very simple yet effective and pretty! The music fits well!
I absolutely adore the visuals, the player is golden, the monsters are very cool. It took me some time to get use to the movements but I really enjoyed it when I got to know it better. I couldn't download the fixed version from the link so I didn't finish it but what I have seen I enjoyed!! Great job, great game!

I only just now noticed the green blobby monster's face and it completely made my day XD and the cute monsters swinging their arms I can't XD they're so cute. I still didn't get to finish it because it keeps crashing after the big firespitting monster, but I believe the ending is nice, given how cool the game is!!

Nice visuals, I like the movement, also great music (is it your own?). Unfortunately I didn't become the first ever to see the Sun, it's pretty hard and combat is kinda clumsy... Well, maybe I'll try it again in few days! :)
Yes. music was made by us (lowkey_satan specifically). Unfortunately we had no time to properly test it and balance the difficulty. A good strategy may be to run quickly behind monsters back and then hit them.

Thank you :) but yeah get crossbow after that it's easy mode.
Running around monsters in circles back and forth is a pretty viable strategy, it also becomes considerably easier once you find the crossbow.
Amazing player animations.
Sadly the game keeps crashing when I reach the fire spitting boss after 2nd sword so I did not finish it.
