Hi there, everybody that submitted a game can vote for other games. To prevent cheating each submitter will have to vote a minimum of 5 random games before they can vote for any game they want. Depending on the number of submissions we get, I might increase the minimum random votes. Unfortunately, we cannot let non-submitters vote for games because people can easily open alt accounts and vote for their own games.
