This is the second new optional category in 2021 edition of the Jam, which is all about the decentralized technologies you can use within your entry. It can be anything that touches on the topic of Web3, NFT, blockchain, crypto, etc, and we have a bunch of physical prizes: 10 Ledger Nano S devices for the best entries.

We've partnered with Protocol Labs and NEAR Protocol to offer you their coins as prizes for doing challenges - using our partner's technologies like NEAR protocol, IPFS, Filecoin, etc. There's also a challenge to build a card game for Paras marketplace awarded with cash.
