I'm a pretty decent C++ programmer, a beginner with the Unreal Engine, however, so I would ideally join a jam group that has another programmer who is familiar with the engine more. I can crank out code, I just need to be pointed the right way! Willing to give it a shot, last game jam I did was 2019 global, and it was fun, learned a ton, and that's what it's all about!
