So, I'm not entirely sure if I submitted my game or not. The main reason I think this is that there's still a submit button on the Jam's home page, but now when I push it my game is no longer an option, so maybe this means I did? Can someone please tell me how to know for sure. Thank you.

Wondered the same thing and didn't even notice the drop down when submitting (fortunately the right game was selected already!).
