A+ .. great story and the only rightly themed game in the jam. Though I have to complain that the dog did not drag ;-)

One thing I would suggest though, lock the camera rotation or dampen it more.

the music made for a relaxing and enjoyable journey to draggy dog heaven

Great ambience, I really felt feelings.
As an improvement I would suggest to do something with changing levels of water - I understood first two were waterfalls, but later was not sure what's happening with the water, is it going up or smth...

Enjoyed the ride and the music fit perfectly :) Sad but hopeful ;)
I like that i was in charge of the speed and i could decide to slow down to enjoy the ambience.
Wanted to see good boy reach the stairway but got stuck in the endscreen instead :(
If you decide to work on this after the game jam i would suggest some quality of life updates like an exit button and a better rendering distance :) i panicked at every corner because i couldnt see whether i would sail down a waterfall or if something didnt load in time :)
A nice small game nonetheless!
