Bloody amazing.

So fun and fast, really starts to flow.

eventually I did start kinda spamming without much thought but twas really really fun!

the critic. I could tell what any of the numbers on the card did, I eventually figured out that the yellow was shots (I think?) would be nice if the mouse unlocked on death and you could hover over cards for tool tips and what not. Or maybe I just missed a screen where it told me? not sure. but either way considering how much you did and how well you did it, its totally fair you didnt have time.

Something that kept breaking flow a very very little was running out of cards then having to find out which hand the card was in. Very minor but it would be nice if when your out of cards it would play the next available card rather than do nothing. IE if your left mb card is empty and you click it, use the middle mouse button, sort of deal. very very minor.

Such great work

here’s a tip- to reach 100k you kinda need to start looking at the cards you play to make sure you can get the highest possible numbers

The different numbers meanings are in the game page on itch, but yeah I need to add some kind of thing to tell you exactly what to do lol

I’ll add that last suggestion for the post jam update!

I've got nothing much to say but this game is addictive. It keeps pulling me back in even after I died. Which i think is the point of theme imo.

  • Sound track is amazing
  • SFX was on point
  • Movement is solid
  • Using the cards is very satisfying
  • Only thing i find hard to keep track is how i died. But i quickly forget and went for the upgrades.
  • And also is there no way of removing cards from my deck? adds huge brain game play potentials

What else can i say ? As a developer, this "game jam" game made me feel if i want a goal to reach this year. It would be this level of polish and gameplay.  11/10

as fun as I expected it to be.

i did run into 1 bug where my after using my deck, it didnt reshuffle. had to restart the whole game to fix. - manual reload circumvents this

& was not able to replicate during 2nd attempt. also thanks for reminding me how terrible i am at fast paced FPS games lol

I think I know what causes the bug, it’ll get ironed out in post jam update
