I was wondering what type of games can be submitted during this game jam? Does it have to be 2D, 3D, VR... ? Does it have to be playable with a PC keyboard? Or can it be playable with a VR Headset? What are the rules about this?

Pretty much all types of games are allowed, as long as they're completed within the time frame.

Remember that other users will vote on your creation. So expect less people to vote if you are creating a game requiring a specific setup of hardware (e.g. VR).
