This platformer is very hard. I don't know why but I could not strike the enemies, and I got stuck on the platforms so something is wonky with the player-platform collissions. So the game was basically impossible. I wish there was some sound FX and music. Anyway, all the artwork looks very good.

First game, I tried to do the player controller using some guides, but the values and methods used created issues. I have been fixing it as best I could, will be posting updates soon. I'm glad you liked the art.

Thanks for the kind words. Much appreciated.

I like the look of the game, I couldn't fire so just ended up trying to avoid enemies.

Developer

Thanks for playing. If you hold down the mouse1 or left ctrl button, the particle system should start, I tried to make it feel immediate but it would fire too quickly or too slowly.😞

Game looks nice. The controls are clunky

Developer

Yeah, I should have used a premade player controller but wanted to try it out myself. I guess I have to mess with the values for speed and jump force in my scripts as well as the physics materials until it feels right. Thanks for playing though.

nice art. Cute looking dragon!

Thanks, I ended up spending too much time on making assets rather than game dev. I liked your game too, it was fun and I liked the jellyfish monster, really helped with getting a highscore.
