It is a pity that the game is not finished; I think it could do with some already existing card deck (French-suited or German-suited playing cards). The rules need some clarifications regarding questions that are asked (third step of lighthouse building action; examples would help) or what the “lighthouse can be built” means (what are the exact conditions). I see the lighthouse ingredient clearly, I see the “inside out” clearly. I am not sure about the other ingredient; it was probably left for the cards; or the players answering the questions were meant to be oracles? But the general idea is interesting and promising, you should definitely try to finish the game design.
