I hope you're proud of your entry and placing! I don't know if you watched any of the blind community members who played your game on their streams, but they all gushed how it was such a good little arcade game. It wasn't a complicated game, but it was really fun so I hope you keep up the good work!

Fun game!

I wish I could hear sounds when rotating. At this moment its hard to tell how many turns (or key presses) you get between 0 and +-45 degrees.  Also having a unique sound when reaching back to 0 degrees would help the player get a sense of where they are pointing at.

Great game. Simple, but challenging gameplay, and the audio nails the 8-bit retro vibe perfectly. My one minor suggestion might be to have the speech interrupt whenever you score, because later in the game it's easy for it to develop a long queue of speech Other than that, great job!

Solid and cool! Hope you add more stuff, but a great approach of keeping it simple and making sure it worked well!

Sound overload!

At the beginning it was fine, but after a while it was too hard to hear where the sounds were coming from.

This was rad! Short, sweet, and the bonus vehicles sound cool. So far my high score is 97, and I’ll definitely give it a few more spins.

Here’s a quick suggestion: try applying a lowpass filter (or similar effect) to sounds as they roll off to the right or left. The gain boost while centered was very helpful, but it was harder to understand as more missiles were spawned.

Thanks for the comment and suggestion. Impressive score – I wasn’t able to hit 80s when testing ;]. Low-pass filter sounds like a good idea.

I've added something which sounds like Geiger counter when targeting a missile - I hope this will help.
