Give a brief description of your game:
A top down shooter where the orbs on the ground are power ups that alter the flow of time

The only goal... Survive for as long as you can

What controls do you need to use?
WASD/Arrow keys for movement and a mouse for aiming and shooting

How did you bring the theme of Time into your entry?
The is both an in game timer to track how well you have down and the power ups in the game alter how slow or quickly time flows

What was the most interesting part about making the game?
working with the slowing of time in unity was very fun especially once it was slowed down a substantial amount

Anything else to add?
I forgot to give you the unity player file and I am away for the day so I'm really sorry but other than that No I think that pretty much covers it I hope you enjoy the game if there are any bugs let me know and I'll try and sort them out if I have the time

Good start! I included it in my Games Plus Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to check it out. :)

Developer

Pretty cool! Slowdown mechanic works well (I think it'd be better if it didn't affect the player bullets though)

Some other suggestions:

- Either alter camera angle or increase bullet size - a few times it felt like bullets were going through enemies, I think because of the camera angle
- Maybe a short flashing animation in spawn spots half a second before the enemies spawn - a few times I nearly ran into them as they spawned in my path

Good job!

Developer

Thank you for the suggestions I will try to implement them as soon as I can and hopefully keep updating the game as and when I can. In regards to the spawning too close to you problem that sounds like a good solution thank you for your feedback.
