  • Fun bullet hell type shooter, addictive!
  • A solid bullet hell experience, that can be easily picked up just for a few rounds, when you feel like it!
  • Stylish! And nice use of mode 4 to squeeze out a ton of bullets! Wish there was more nuance in the player mechanics, as there's little reason not to hold A and B at all times, no way to take a hit, or a dodge move, etc. Longer music would have been nice too :)
  • Dying with just one hit is a bit unfair.

Wow. Amazing score! Well done!

I enjoyed it. The C64 look worked out really well on the GBA.

Very cool and unique entry, I love it! The music is wonderful and helps you get "in the zone" while playing. It would be even better with sound effects, but even without it the music compensate for them!

I love the "triangle" art style and the overall polish. Gameplay wise, it's easy at start but become quite challenging once you reach level 3!

One suggestion would be to reduce the number of hit points of the enemy on the lower level, especially on level 1 - as the game is meant to be played over and over, after a while it get tedious to restart knowing that you'll have to kill them all again has they have a quite large life bar!

Anyway, great work on this game, and I hope you'll keep working on it!

Thanks for the feedback.

I agree with your points that need addressing. I'm not sure if I will put any more time into Tigermoth, but I will certainly consider them if I do come back to it.

Really well done! I don't play bullet hell, so it's too hard for me, but fun - best score so far 837. Looks great, awesome mood music, just needs sound effects - and a pause button!

Great job!

Thanks for the feedback. Well done on that score. I think that's the highest I've seen!

In all honesty, I totally forgot sound effects were a thing... sounds dumb, I know, but there you have it. And yes, I suppose there should be a pause button :)

I really like it! I think because the mechanics themselves are easy to understand, it's possible to just play a few rounds on a whim, but since the game is pretty unforgiving (at least to me, current high score is still 501, rip), it doesn't get boring and just makes me want to try over and over again.

I like the movement of the enemies, I think it's kinda fun and stimulating. My tactic is to stay in the lower section of the screen so they don't trigger their attack with the red bullets.

The artstyle is very coherent and polished! The music is cool, and aids concentration.

Thanks for the feedback!

One of the early tactics was to just run straight up to the Tigermoth and unleash the secondary fire, so I did have to look at pushing the player back.

I liked this game! This controls were good, the music did its job well, and I like the artstyle. I would recommend adding sound effects. Also, the increase in difficulty is a bit too gradual at the start. Could you add a higher difficulty level that starts you a little way in?

Developer

Thank you for the feedback!

Yes, the difficulty curve is a bit rubbish... though to be fair, I never got past level 4, I don't think, so who knows how playable it is beyond there ;-)
