Does this have to run on a real GBA or can we use an emulator

i don't have a GBA and i'm pretty sure making a cartridge is hard, idk tho

Don't worry if you can't test your game on real hardware.  mGBA is a very accurate emulator, so as long as your .gba file runs in that, we'll accept it :)
