How does your game match the theme?
This is my first ever attempt at creating a game. I have created the game in a retro gameboy-inspired style, in the game Space Eater you are a galactic being that needs to consume stars in order to survive and travel to further galaxies. I have a long way to go in developing this concept, but this jam has really helped me work towards this goal and build my confidence to get something published, the Team running this jam and your community are really supportive. Thank you for this opportunity.

Very but good one! If you put a dashboard and make more levels, it would be a great game!

Now that's a brilliant game jam entry - good quick gameplay, easy to get into. Just add some screen shake, flashing effects, throw in some particles and add music/sounds (even if they sound bad, they will add a lot of life to the game) and you have something much more exciting :)

Great work for a first ever game! I think you have something interesting that you could definitely build upon. Adding obstacles/enemies would make the game more dynamic. You could also have things that you need to consume that try to avoid you. Being able to chase things down would be really satisfying. There's really lots of ways you can go with this, but as I said, I think you have a solid foundation to build upon with what you've made. Great work!!!

I liked the game, next time I would suggest finding someone to help you with art, making the game look more polished
