Did a game jam long ago; based on that experience I believe a great team has 1 programmer, 1 level designer, 1 artist, and 1 musician, maybe even 2 level designers(guess it depends on scope though).
It looks like we got a full team already. It may be easier to find teammates through the discord team-finding since many are still searching for a team. Good luck!
