The game is well put together, introduces many mechanics, is challenging enough so you have to really take advantage of the mechanics(aka the "fake" resets), and have additional intrigue that hints to a full release?!
There's nothing more I can say, 10/10.

This game was really fun and the pixel art was great too. I like how it doesn't completely restart when you get caught.

I like the puzzle(ish) flavour of the game. Nice job!
Yeah, originally I wanted to add more puzzle-like rooms, but this is how it turned out. But I have a lot more plans for this game!

I did find the game kind of difficult, but I liked the music/art/atmosphere. The voiceover when you're captured also added some nice flair. The design of puzzles could use some tweaking, but overall it was a great entry. Gave me some The Escapists or Prison Architect vibes.
Thanks for trying it out, and yes my friends and classmates also tried it and they also said it's difficult, so that will be turned down a bit in the future updates. And probably I'll redisgn some rooms... after the jam I'll have more time to think of good ideas.
