Talking points of your game.
THIS GAME CONTAINS FLASHING LIGHTS

You play as a war veteran who suffers from PTSD. This is one of those times that your memory starts to resurface, and you try to drown it out.

Escape your memories by destroying everything that makes loud noises. Be careful to stay sane though! Pills can help with this.

Very interesting idea.

Good art and nice concept! The blurry thing hit quite early and makes it difficult to recover once you reach a certain level of insanity, because you can't see anything anymore.

After loosing a level the game crashed :(

Well done! This is exactly how I feel about noise.

I just wish I could smash the furniture and noise makers in real life. It would have helped to have listed the controls somewhere, anywhere! It was confusing at first because he moved on his own, or the movements seemed delayed, and the player couldn't necessarily see the game respond to their attempts to figure out the controls.

Nice concept! Very nice shaders and art work. The game was kinda confusing at first, wasn't really sure what I was doing or the controls the first 2 times, and the fact you have to completely restart the program to try again was kinda annoying.

Gameplay-wise, I think it would have made more sense to be able to see a room after you've cleared it of sound, because in some cases, such as the outside area, if you stop all the sound you have to just press directions and hope you don't get stuck and find your way back to where you're supposed to be.

Overall though it was a neat game with some nice polish, good job!

This is a enjoyable 5 minutes, the game play is nice, although a bit confusing [i didn't know how to take a pill] but it's still fun, the art is really good, the effects are also awesome.  Overall a good experience :D

Could you take pills? I walked away from the sounds and waited untill the blurry went away, I thought that was the tactic xd

wait what tactic, you didn't just have to smash every object? :D

Basically you need to get away from the sounds, either by breaking everything (so there's no more sounds), or walking away. There's also pills of which speeds up your calm down speed by 5x? (todes please confirm on this). So that's three gameplay options right there

Yup! 5x it is. Makes the game a whole lot easier.

Oh, well I missed that completely:P

Ah this is great! What a fresh experience this was for me! I did however finish by the bedroom alarm clock, and it took me ages to walk back to the livingroom =(

Very nice way to use sounds and graphics together like this, and the story about the veteran and how this is how he experiences it with PTSD is fantastic.

A little non-friendly control to the character. The impact when hiting objects feels alot greater when the image isn't so blurry, maybe tune it up or add something extra for impact on the items that makes sound.
