Fun game! I included it in my Geta Game Jam 10 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Thanks for playing our game, Jupi! 😁

Thank you for your feedback! May I ask what resolution you were running while playing this game, and which specific textures were disappearing/reappearing? Although this build will be left as a representative of the state of the game as of the duration of Geta Game Jam 10, we would still like to see if we can replicate the issues people are experiencing, and provide an update in a separate build to counter them before considering our next project.

Hi. It's the 6th game I play in the game jam. And it was really cool to play. Here's my opinion. (Also I'm sorry if my english is not perfect, I'm french)

Goods:
-The concept is pretty cool, and the puzzles are very varied and fun to solve.
-The graphics are pretty good, and I really like the paintings one the walls.
-The game was made with Godot (mine too), and it's the first 3D game I see made with it, it's cool to see people making and trying completely different things.

Things to change (in my opinion obviously):
-The title music is good, but the main one is pretty boring after a little moment.
-The player don't move if you're looking the ground or the roof (I think you're moving the player where the mouse is looking so the player wants to go under the ground)
-The game is pretty laggy sometimes but it's a game jam, it's normal.
-There are maybe not enough puzzles. Maybe adding like 5 or more puzzles (I know it's hard for a game jam) would have fit the theme better.
-Some puzzles can be solved without thinking about the solution. For example:

  • The room with switches on floor can be resolved by pressing all of them.
  • The room with the lock (I guess you have to put the lock on the 7 because of the watch painting showing it but it's not precise).
  • The last room, where some elements of the poem don't even appear on the solution (flag, the soldiers or the men could be the skull, etc).

Generally:
A cool game with a cool concept and various puzzle, but some can be solved without thinking, and a better ambience could be added (especially the music).

Thank you for your feedback on this game! Good to see a fellow Godot developer around these parts, this was the first 3D game we have made as well! :D
A number of the features which need to be fine-tuned have things we weren't able to adjust in time unfortunately, however we are looking into updating a copy of this game and potentially releasing a separate build over the next couple of months, I have taken notes of what you have suggested and we'll see what we can do.

May I ask what your PC specifications are? (Graphics Card, CPU etc) We weren't able to reproduce any issues in lagging on our end while testing, however we would like to know what you're working with for the game to lag the way you are experiencing.

Hi. Sorry for the late reply (I'm on Godot Wild Jam 17 ^^ ).

My graphics card is a GT 520 MX
I got a i3-2350M
I have 8.00 Go of RAM
And I'm on Win7 64 bits

I don't have a huge pc, and I already had issues with game jam games that lag (in truth it's just a little laggy sometimes it's not something really disturbing).

Nice entry! It was fun to explore each room and there were a variety of puzzles with a little bit of continuity with the notes. We ended up solving a couple of the puzzles by accident (the last room we guessed a random order).

Nice work for 72 hours.

Thank you! :D
